Is there a Doctor in the house?

Sometimes I follow up on past skits, sometimes I don't. But this time I did, so if you remember the skit I did a short time back called "I'm just a singer in a rock and roll band", then this is the official follow-up I've meant to finish up for awhile now.

Enjoy!

Robotman: "Okay Lar, since the Chief hasn't been made by Mattel yet, I guess the next best thing to do to cure you of that damn singing, is to call a doctor."

Negative Man: "Some people call me the space cowboy, yeah, some people call me the doctor of love....."

Robotman: "You're really startin' to piss me off with all dat singin'."

Robotman: "Alright, I called in the closest doctor I could find at this time of night. Some weird cat who calls himself Dr.Strange."

Negative Man" Strangelove....strange highs and strange lows. Strangelove, that's how my love goes."

Robotman: "Now don't you start that again!"

Dr.Strange: "Greetings Doom Patrollers, I am the master of the mystic arts, Dr.Strange. I believe you called me about a certain problem you're having?"

Robotman: "Well yeah, but I don't know what the hell magic has to do with this, but if it can fix mummy-puss over there, then let's give it a shot."

Dr.Strange: "Now what seems to be the problem with your friend?"

Robotman: "He wouldn't stop singin', and it's driving me fucking nuts!"

Negative Man: "Baby you can drive my car.....tell you I'm gonna' be a star...."

Robotman: "See what I mean doc? He's been like this for days now I tell ya', days!"

Dr.Strange: "I see. I've seen cases like this before, and it's quite clear to me your friend has Karaoke-itis."

Robotman: "What!?"

Dr.Strange: "It's nothing to worry about I assure you. He'll return to normal after you let it run its course. Should take another 24hrs I believe."

Negative Man: "Oh I need your love babe....eight days a week."

Robotman: "What!? You was supposed to fix him, not encourage him!"

Dr.Strange: "Trust me, Robotman is it? Everything will be fine by tomorrow. I'll have my manservant Wong send you the bill."

Robotman: "Manservant? Wong? What the hell kinda' whacked out gay porno scene you got going on over there?"

Negative Man: "He's the one they call Dr.Feelgood; he's the one that makes it alright."

Robotman: "First thing in the morning, I'm reporting that quack to the better business bureau. Sheesh!"

Robotman: "Dammit Lar! Will you shut up for a minute? I can't even think around here will all of your yarbling and crap. It's killing my mechanical ears."

Negative Man: "Not a big Janis Joplin fan I take it. Well how about this? "I'm a dancing, dancing, dancing; I'm a dancing machineeeee. Oh baby!"

Robotman: "Yeah I get it; The Jackson 5, ha ha, very funny. Now Come on Lar, cut it out already."

Robotman: "But you were doing so good there Fred Astaire. Naw, I wouldn't want to impede on a great artist like yourself."

Number One in the Hood G!

How the hell are you fellow Freaks and Geeks? I kid you're not....I think.

Sorry for the delay. Had computer troubles again, but so far so good today.
Anyhoo, here's a quick ditty from a backlog of skit pics I've been coasting off of. Enjoy.

Robotman: "I'm rough and stuff with my afro puffs!"

Negative Man: "Rock on with you bad self!"

Negative Man: "Wait. Where the hell did that come from?"

Robotman: "How the hell should I know Lar? And what the blue blazes is an afro puff? Sounds like a crazy blacksploitation cereal from the 70's to me."

Negative Man: "Yo, I feel you Cliff. Word to ya' mother! West Sideeee!"

Robotman: "Don't ever do that again Larry, or I swear to god I'll feed you to those pelicans you hate so much."

Robotman: "Seriously Lar, don't ya' know you're white?"

Negative Man: "Well duh, look at me. I'm like the Invisible Man and the Unknown Soldier all wrapped up into one.....but prettier!"

Robotman: "You think you're a real comedian now huh? A regular Don Rickles you are."

Tomorrow I address DC's Homo hero controversy. It's a dozy.

"Domo Arigato, Mr. Roboto"

Hey people.
Sorry I didn't post a new skit yesterday. I had connection problems with the internet, so that's why no update. It's always something and never nothing with me people, but I'm sure you all can relate.

Alright, enjoy this little ditty of skit with my two of my favorite DC characters of all time, Robotman and Negative(the almost complete)Doom Patrol.

Samurai: "Domo Arigato, Mr. Roboto."

Robotman: "Dammit! For the last time, my name is Robotman, not Mr. Roboto. Or at the very least, you can call me Cliff."

Samurai: "Oooh so sorry Roboto-san."

Robotman: "'Ya stupid sushi-eating freak! I said my name is Robotman or Cliff!"

Negative Man: "Did someone say sushi? I love sushi!"

Samurai: "As do I Mr. Invisible Man-san."

Robotman: "'Ya don't say? Never woulda guessed it myself."

Negative Man: "Hey Cliff, do you think he meant sushi, or Sushi?"

Robotman: "'Ya never know with that guy I tell 'ya. 'Ya just never know."

Samurai: "Ha Ha! He made funny, ooh!"

Robotman: "I can't believe they put you in the Super-Friends instead of the Red Tornado. God must hate us robots."

"Someone's knocking at the door, someone's ringing the bell..."

Hey people.
Yes I know it's been awhile, so sue me. No wait, don't because I don't have any money.
Anyways, I figured I'd post a new piece because I have truly missed you all and really missed doing this; as reading my buddy Googum's skits having been making things harder and harder on me as well.

So what's new?
Well I've successfully bought and completed the whole entire Apache Chief/Super-Friends wave of figures. Yes, I'm now the proud owner of my 1st ever completed C&C figure!

credit: to thefwoosh.com
He looks awesome, even though he looks more like a native-American chippendale or Geronimo on steriods depending on how you look at him.

The bad news is that I had to buy El Dorado, or El Chico as I like to call him as well. Yeah he sucks, but at least now I have a super-powered Mexican Mesero(that's waiter in Spanish) to serve chips and salsa to the rest of his Super-Friends.

Alright, here's a new skit of mine. The pics are actually a few months old, but I never posted them, so they're new to you.

This is called "Mite I be of of some assistance?" enjoy.

Bat-Mite: Greetings fellas, my name is Bat-Mite and I just happened to hear you guys were looking for a new 3rd member for your little team, and I had nothing else to do, so I said "what the hell" so here I am.

Robotman: Uhh, wait a minute. Aren't some sort of genie or magical whatzidozit that causes trouble and random mischief?

Negative Man: He's an imp Cliff, just like Mr. Mxypltz, or something like that.

Robotman: Yeah, just whut I thought; trouble we don't need. Sorry lil' guy you gotta' go. We don't need more trouble aroubd here. if we did, we'd already sign up that kook Mr. Nobody or that weirdo Ambush Bug.
Bat-Mite: But, but.....
Negative Man: Now let's not be too hasty there Cliff! He does have magical powers after all, and when was the last time we had someone on the team with that particular skill set? Besides, he's harmless, aren't you little fella?
Bat-Mite: Yes, yes I am! But oh so very helpful!

Bat-Mite: I also know who batman is. Wanna' know?
Robotman: Who doesn't know who that guy is by now? Ya' got anything else to offer us?
Bat-Mite: I can show what Wonder Woman looks like naked.
Negative Man: Sold! You're in!
Robotman: Welcome to the team lil' buddy, hope you survive the experience.

No more Doom for you!

The times are a changing indeed.
FOX announced they're cancelling The Chicago Code, Lie to me, Traffic Light and Human Target today.
I don't watch Chicago Code, so no big loss there. Lie to me is like House junior and I can't stand House, so again no loss there. I actually just started to watch Traffic Light, but I'm not that surprised this show's being cancelled. It's has its moments, but it's not that funny overall. I prefer watching Raising Hope instead, even though I though that show would have been axed awhile ago too. Of course it's by the same creative team that created My name is Earl, so I give it another season before getting axed as well. As for Human Target, well frankly it deserves what it got. It was nothing like the comic at all, and seemed more like 24-lite. I don't why shows that are adapted from comics/graphic novels are given the green-light when they don't resemble anything remotely like the source material they come from. Fox's Christopher Chance was nothing like real Christopher Chance from the comics who was hired to impersonate the very persons who were targeted for death. He became so much like he people he was pretending to be, that he lost a little(or alot depending on who was writing him)of his own personality during the whole process. Fox's version was nothing more than Jack Bauer part 2. It'd be nice if for once, these execs actually know and care about these adaptations before allowing these shows to be created. I don't see how it's asking too much to actually know what you're talking about before speaking, right? Same rule applies to these abominations that are allowed to be made. Oh well.....
And I hear Law&Order:LA's being cancelled too? Didn't they just cancel the main Law&Order show to make room for this new one? Wow, I guess Dick Wolf's reign on top is quickly coming to an end. Although I guess it is about time. I mean his shows have all been running for almost 2 decades now right. He should just do the right thing and cancel them all and go out with what's left of his dignity and good reputation.

Speaking of cancellation, I thought I'd let two well-known experts on that subject talk a little bit about just that. Enjoy:

I guess I should follow that up with a disclaimer. No, I don't think Dan Didio's a druggie. But if he was, I'm sure that would explain some things, and give him an out for his haters on the message boards. At least there's a few creators out there that publicly acknowledge they're use of drugs; namely Kevin Smith and Grant Morrison. There's probably more, but I don't blame them for not owning up to it. Drugs shouldn't be glorified, but if you do do them, maybe you shouldn't write while doing it. I myself can't count how many good ideas I thought were good while high, only later after sobriety hit to realize they weren't as good as I thought they were. Hey, it happens. Just ask Charlie Sheen.
